Nice!
Months of inventory? If I am selling my home is this a good indicator of how long I can expect for my home to sell?
Good Luck with the blog!

Good information Joe, not really good news, just good information. Thank you for braking it all down for us.

That's breaking, not braking. But braking is exactly what the market is doing right now isn't it. I'll stop talking now.

I'm realy liking the market right now because we need to purchase our first home. The downside is i dont know how long we will have work (both me and my husband are in construction). I'ts about time St. George prices came back down from being on cloud nine. I'm just worried about the entire market, how long will we have to suffer...especially with the upcomming canidates.
